“寝具包括枕头太软没有硬一点的枕头，被子太厚不透气，因为这些原因没有睡好，如果能注意一下就更好了。还有洗澡水有点忽冷忽热。 服务人员的服务非常好，热心的帮我拿雪具到门口还指路怎么走到缆车，寄雪具的服务生服务也很好很耐心。”

“Full disclosure— we cancelled our reservation when we got here. The property photos looked much better than the state of the property. The room was musty, the carpet was peeling, and there was just an overall feeling of neglect. The staff however was SUPER kind and helpful, however as soon as we saw the room we requested a refund.”

“The worst stay I have ever had!! First when I arrived I was told the room I booked had a leak so I was given a different room. After settling in I was going to shower as I had been driving all day. The water was cold and when I called the front desk they told me the boiler was out. This was something they neglected to inform me before checking in! When I asked to speak with the manager I was told she’d be back in the morning. I was also told the boiler would be fixed within the next hour. When I……
